DESCRIPTION:
Your Role in this Seat, with us, will be responsible for marketing, sourcing, and attracting motivated sellers or real property that is 1st - Off Market, 2nd With a Wholesaler, or 3rd a pocket listing with a Real Estate Agent.
π Manages All Marketing campaigns assigned to you and others as deemed necessary
π Drive and direct all leads to Scout Lead or Acquisitions Manager
π Work with the other Team members regarding lead generation and training
π Create and suggest new and effective marketing procedures and techniques, when appropriate
π Process and track all outbound/inbound communication and submissions of interest from leads
π Meet your clear goals [ππ REQUIRED KPIs π] and benchmarks for your seat, the team, and the process
π Participate in all trainings and meetings on systems, processes, and company-related issues
π Make an Authorized team member an Admin on your Facebook page for audit/training purposes only
π° Watch and complete ALL βOnboardingβ and βTraining.β
π° Attend ALL scheduled meetings and trainings
π° Setup your Facebook page for βReal Estate Leads Machineβ (R.E.L.M.) marketing per training
π° Manage and maintain the correct settings on your Facebook page
π° Create or obtain a second Facebook personal page and/or a Business page, manage and maintain
π° Market on Facebook ONLY to generate leads, unless otherwise instructed
π° Analyze Leads (Talk to Leads in Messenger to qualify them and the property)
π° Gather required basic information about the lead and the property and/or look up missing information using sources online
π° Run basic comparisons (COMPS) through Propstream, Zillow, Realtor.com, and Trulia.
π° Add Leads into the Comps Spreadsheet as well as the Seller Leads (BASIC) Sheet (The Tracker)
π° Schedule an appointment for Seller, with the Leads or Acquisitions Manager using the Calendly link
π° Push data to the Leads or Acquisitions Manager via Tracker, Slack, and Trello
