DESCRIPTION:
Generating and recruiting leads using online resources, then directing them through the initial hiring process. You will also train other recruiters to improve their productivity and results.
Role: Lead Generation, Acquisitions Support, Recruiter Training, and Support
Your Role in this Seat with us will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring Virtual Scouts (Also known as Appointment Setters) who will generate inbound marketing leads through the ‘group posting’ system and other methods as trained. Your goal will be to ensure all recruiters are following our systems. You will also be growing our virtual team by finding hungry and dedicated Scouts that will follow the training, bring in qualified leads, and get paid in the process.
Responsibilities:
💎 Manages All Marketing campaigns assigned to you and others as deemed necessary
💎 Drive and direct all leads to Group Interview, 1 on 1 Interview, and trainings
💎 Work with the other Team members re lead generation and training
💎 Audit Recruiters for compliance, and Create and suggest new and effective marketing procedures and techniques
💎 Process and track all communication and submissions of interest from leads
💎 Meet your clear goals and benchmarks for your seat, the team, and the process
💎 Participate in trainings and meetings on systems, processes, and company related issues
💎 Make Authorized team member an Admin on your Facebook page for training purposes only
Duties:
💰 Follow our process and trainings on ‘group posting’ strategies
💰 Markets on Facebook and other designated locations to generate leads
💰 Talk to Leads in Messenger, email, or appropriate venue, to qualify them for the ‘Group Interview’
💰 Gather basic information about them (the lead)
💰 Add Leads into your Tracker ‘Spreadsheet’ as well as the CRM as needed
💰 Push leads to Group Interview and follow-up on lead till hired or denied
💰 Conduct weekly trainings to assist other Recruiters or Appointment Setters with our process
